My Move and My Emotions

The last four years I have been in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend Brian. Recently we have decided to change that. In September I will be packing up all my belongings and will move away from my home state of California to a whole new state, Washington! I have a lot of emotions going through my head with this change all of which I will talk about!

1. Afraid/Scared/Anxious- There are many reasons for this emotion. I'm scared because, like I said, I'll be moving away from the state I grew up in for 27 years of my life. My family lives here and I'll be moving away from them and it scares me to pieces! Another reason to be scared is because of the fact I've been in a long distance relationship for 4 yrs and we'll be seeing each other more often than just every few months! Sometimes it's very easy to wonder if we'll make it or not. Those are just a couple reasons but there are probably a couple more.

2. Brave/Confident/Hopeful- These emotions totally contradict my 1st emotion. I feel brave because I'm taking a risk and moving away to be with my boyfriend. I'm feeling confident and hopeful that our relationship will go the distance and in the end we'll be together forever and start a family of our own someday.

3. Curiosity- This is a weird one. Curiosity because I'll be living in a new state and just what kind of changes it will bring to me there.

4. Determined- Different reasons for this one. I'm determined to make my relationship with Brian work and I'm determined to do great things in my life while living there i.e. going to school and getting a degree.

5. Depressed/Sad - Depressed because I'll be moving away from my family and won't be seeing them that often anymore. I'm going to miss the friendships I created at my work. I'm going to definitely miss my home.

6. Excited- Excitement is definitely a big one. No longer will I have to endure being in a long distance relationship! Long distance has definitely been very tough on the both of us emotionally. I'm excited that I no longer have to deal with it anymore. I'm also excited for all the changes that will come in the months to come!

7. Happy- Happy that I no longer have to deal with long distance anymore. Happy that I'll get to see Brian as often as I like to and not have a computer to look at everyday.

I hope you all wish me luck on my new adventure. I'm very excited to be taking this risk and look forward to seeing what the future holds for me in my new state and in my relationship! :)

My top 20 Favorite Castaways from Survivor

With Survivor 21 Nicaragua coming up soon I thought it would be fun to list my top 20 favorite survivor castaways. I have provided the name of the castaway and season(s) they were in and what place they took in the game during their season and little tidbits about them during the season(s) they were in.

20. Parvati Shallow-Cook Islands:6th place/Micronesia Fans vs. Favorites:Winner/Heroes vs. Villains: 2nd place
In Heroes vs. Villains it was my first time watching her so naturally I didn't like her very much. Recently I decided to watch the past seasons of survivor and when I got caught up to Cook Islands I thought Parvati was just ok she really didn't do much except flirt with the guys. She probably would have gone a little farther than 6th place if Jonathon Penner hadn't flip-flopped so much during the game. In Fans vs. Favorites when I watched her for my third time she pretty much went all out to get to the end of the game even so much as orchestrating a rouse to get Erik Reichenbach during the final five to give up individual immunity so her four girl alliance could vote him out of the game!

19. Ian Rosenberger-Palau:3rd place
In Palau Ian's team Koror pretty much dominated all the challenges to the point where his team eliminated all of Ulong to the point where there wasn't much of a merge when a merge was supposed to happen. If I had watched this season when it aired I think I would have rooted for Ian to win the whole thing! And he probably would have too if he hadn't made a deal at the final immunity challenge with Tom Westman (winner) to take Katie to the final two instead of himself.

18. Sandra Diaz-Twine-Pearl Islands AND Heroes Vs Villains Winner!
She didn't do so well in challenges however she still managed to not get any votes in Pearl Islands and during the final 6 tribal council in Heroes vs. Villains she would have gone home but she pulled out a hidden immunity idol and was safe from any votes cast against her! And don't forget her motto "As long as it ain't me".

17. Tom Buchanan-Africa:4th place/All Stars:5th place
Not much to say about Tom here except he was fun to watch.

16. Kathy O’Brien-Marquesas:3rd place/ All Stars:8th place
Kathy was another castaway that pretty much got the short end of the stick during a final immunity challenge. After Kathy got eliminated from the challenge Vecepia Towry(winner) and Neleh Dennis made a deal to take each other to final two if Vecepia stepped down and let Neleh win the challenge. If this deal had not happened I think Kathy would have won the game provided someone had taken her to the final two.

15. Rupert Boneham-Pearl Islands:8th place/All Stars:4th place/Heroes Vs. Villains:6th place
Oh Rupert there is so much to say about him! He never won Survivor but he did win the player favorite by viewers where he was awarded $1,000,000 after the All Star game! Also I think everyone remembers Rupert for his shoe stealing in the 1st episode of Pearl Islands!

14. Stephen Fishbach-Tocantins:2nd place
He was a really nice guy but didn't get any votes in the final tribal council which was the second time in Survivor history that this had happened! The first time being in Cook Islands when Becky Lee didn't get any votes when she went to the final with Yul Kwon(winner) and Ozzy Lusth. Edit: Actually upon some research he was not the second...There were actually other finalists that didn't get any votes.

13. Erik Reichenbach- Micronesia Fans Vs Favorites:5th place
He's one of the fans that was on Fan's Vs. Faves. Despite the all woman alliance in the game he stuck it out for quite sometime and feel kinda bad for him because I think if he hadn't given away his immunity necklace I bet he would have made it to the final two and possibly win the whole thing! But that's just my opinion! I would have LOVED to see him as a hero in Heroes Vs. Villains!

12. Amber Brkich-Australia:6th place/All Stars:Winner
She's kinda like Tom...Not much to say about her but she's still one of my favorites! I did however like the romance between her and Rob Mariano! It started out as strategy from the beginning but during the live reunion show he proposed to her and they are now married with a little girl named Lucia Rose!

11. Todd Herzog-China:Winner
With the right people in his alliance he stayed in the game and ultimately won China and he's another one that I wish could have been in Heroes vs. Villains but I'm not sure which team he would have been on if he did do that season.

10. Amanda Kimmel-China:3rd place Micronesia Fans vs. Favorites:2nd place Heroes vs. Villains:9th place
She was in an alliance with Todd Herzog but she revealed on several occasions that she didn't really trust him. I also really admire the fact that right after she finished filming in China she went to straight into Fan's vs. Favorites! And even though she placed 2nd in she almost went home at 6th place but pulled out a hidden immunity idol and was safe from being voted out which was actually something both Ozzy Lusth and Jason Siska had failed to do when they got voted out of the game that season!

9. JT Thomas-Tocantins:Winner/Heroes vs. Villains:10th place
When he went up against Stephen Fishbach in the final two he got all the votes to win the game! He also goes down in Survivor history as the dumbest player in Survivor. In Heroes vs. Villains he got the hidden immunity idol for the Heroes side. When he saw the villain tribes men being voted out one by one he automatically assumed that there was an all-woman alliance going on and thought Russell Hantz was in trouble. So he decided to give Russell the hidden immunity idol not knowing what Russell was capable of, bc none of them had seen Russell's season due to the fact that Hvs.V was filming while Somoa aired in real life! In so doing this bad move JT was voted out 1st person after the merge.

8. Ethan Zohn-Africa:Winner/All Stars:11th place
There's not much to say about Ethan. He got cancer a couple years ago but he's pretty much beat it! He's also dating Jenna Morasca the winner of Survivor Amazon.

7. Bobby Jon Drinkard-Palau:10th place/Guatamala:9th place
Due to Koror beating his tribe Ulong in Palau he didn't really stand a chance. When it was just him and Stephanie LaGrossa left of their tribe they had to compete in a fire-making challenge to see who would go on in the game. He lost and was sent packing home. Because of all this he and Steph became the most popular players of the season and they were invited to compete in the next season Survivor Guatamala and was able to make the merge and the jury that time around!

6. Stephanie LaGrossa-Palau:7th place/Guatamala:2nd place/Heroes vs. Villains:19th place
She actually lasted longer than she should've, but because Coby Archa revealed to much to her about the tribe members of Koror he was voted out and then the next episode Janu Tornell quit the game. In Guatamala she thought she would be voted out right away but a lot of people were starstruck so they kept her! In Heroes vs. Villains she was second voted out bc James Clement had it out for her labeling her bad luck because of her season in Palau.

5. Rob Mariano-Marquesas:9th place/ All Stars:2nd place/Heroes vs. Villians:9th place
Two of his seasons he was voted out right before going to the jury and in All Star's he went to the final with Amber Brkich. He did all that he could in All Stars to get to the end! He went so far as to backstabbing Lex Van den Berghe after promising Lex he would take care of him if Lex kept Amber(which he did) after the tribe swap. Mr. Rob made quite a bit of enemies during the All Star game which ultimately cost him from winning the game!

4. Jerri Manthey-Australia:8th place/ All Stars:10th place/ Heroes vs. Villians:4th place
The first true villainess of Survivor. She's played with Colby Donaldson 3 times and she's gone farther than him twice! In All Stars she was voted out right before the merge due to Lex Van den Berghe's promise to Rob Mariano to save Amber Brkich from being voted out after the tribe swap. I think if she had not been voted out because of this I think at best she would have gotten to top 3 with Lex and Kathy O'Brien but that again was just my opinion!

3. Colby Donaldson- Australia:2nd place/ All Stars:12th place/ Heroes vs. Villians:5th place
He dominated in the challenges in Australia! He pretty much won almost all the immunity challenges and the Reward challenges in that season. However he ends up being labeled as one of the dumbest players in Survivor history because at the final tribal council he voted out Keith Famie instead of Tina Wesson(winner) this mistake cost him the million dollars!

2. Yul Kwon- Cook Islands:Winner
Due to tribal mutiny from Candace Woodcock and Jonathon Penner he and his four tribe members: Becky Lee, Ozzy Lusth, and Sundra Oakley should not have made it to the final four. Because of the fact he had the hidden immunity idol he was able to win over Jonathon once they merged into one tribe and voted out the former members of Raro one by one! I also admire him because he was able to keep his cool when he was upset about something!

1. Ozzy Lusth- Cook Islands:2nd place/ Micronesia Fans vs. Favorites: 9th place
Another challenge dominator! I absolutely adored him in Cook Islands and Fans vs. Faves! If it hadn't been for that darn hidden immunity idol he possessed and the all woman alliance in Fans vs. Faves I think he could have gone farther than 9th place and actually I think he could have gone to the final 2 or 3...But we'll never know will we. He's another one I now wish we could have seen again in Heroes vs. Villains! Maybe see him instead of James Clement.
